I´going to Newcastle in about one week and I wonder if I can buy an Iphone there without
sign a contract in the store? There´s no applestore in Newcastle so I have to buy
one in some reseller in town? Some googd tips?

You dont sign the contract for the phone in any of the shops, the activation is applied through iTunes which you have to do yourself :p

skirocket is correct but you should have an English name and address complete with a valid postcode(the name and address need not be real) in case you get a stickler of a salesperson, always better to be prepared. You can say you are buying the iphone as a pressie for that person.

Oh and BTW I am pretty sure you must pay by Credit Card.

Head to the O2 store at 123 Northumberland Street or the Carphone Warehouse store at 39 Northumberland street... You can't miss them - they're both right in the main shopping street.

When I bought mine in an Apple store in the US I paid with a UK credit card and gave my UK home address and it didn't seem to bother them. Have fun with it!

Somebody I talked to in Sweden thought that you had to sign your contract before you leave the store if you´re not in the applestore? Is that not true?

you can, but they might not want to sell them to you if they're pricks, we had that happening in Dover

I bought mine in the Apple Store in London, maybe I can be of any help... I just entered, went to the counter, asked for a 16GB iPhone and used the credit card. The guy didn't ask me anything...
