[?Bug] Unable to re-add App of a previously deleted App to iTunes in jailbroken 3G?
I am running iPhone 3G 2.0 jailbroken.
I just discovered a bizarre behavior that may be a bug of the hacked MobileInstallation. This bugs exists in both iTunes 7.7 and 8.0 (even 8.0.1).
The bug is this: once you added a hacked app to iTunes and synced it to your iPhone, if you then delete the hacked app from iTunes and try to add the same hacked app back to iTunes (like a reinstall), iTunes will NOT allow you to re-add the previously deleted app and gives the error message:
"The application (name) could not be added to your iTunes library because an error occurred. An unknown error occurred (-48)."
The strange thing is that if you delete the hacked app BEFORE you sync to the iPhone and then re-add it back to iTunes, there is no problem.
This is reproducible regardless whether or not you have legit app installed on the iPhone. I also have confirmed that the same bug exits in 2.0.1 and 2.0.2 (do not know about 2.1).
The only solution is to change the filename of the ipa, then iTunes will allow the app to be reinstalled, thus suggesting that this is a bug with the filename recorded by iTunes.
Can someone please verify this?

Anyone, please help!
I have now tried three different builds of iTunes, still the same problem.
