Bricked Iphone please Help
I recently bought a iphone 2g that has a 1.0.2 version on it, i was having problems syncing to itunes and ive notice that there is no jailbreak info on the about options on my iphone so i tried jailbreaking it using "ibrickr", i then proceeded with the update that itunes gave for a 2.2.1 version and my iphone went to recovery mode. now the ibrickr software said that it cant fix the phone and i may need to restore it using itunes. so i downloaded the 1.0.2 version of again and press "Shift+restore" on itunes but it gave an error. and it still stuck on that recovery mode where the yellow triangle is shown on the screen. i have tried downgrading back to 1.0.2 bit ended up a;ways on that recovery mode. i havnet tried the "Apptap" installer yet and i would like to ask help here first. Also im not familliar with the "basebrand" thingy on my iphone. please help regarding my next step

No u dont have to dowgrade it,neither deal with its baseband.Since its a 2g,its unlock-able with the tutorial duck9000 gave u and its should work smoothly.U should find out why quickpwn freezes.Vista?Maybe u need admin priviliges to run it?Do u have net framework installed? Those sort of things.
(I see that u answered in a thread mentioning that u have used windows 7?Are u using them now?)
