Default Boot cycle from hell... seriously

Ok so I will just post a list of everything I've done and maybe you can give me a solution =]

Started: Jailbroke iPhone 3G on 4.0.1
Replaced battery myself - accidentally broke the antenna piece =/
Still functions completely as an iPod Touch =P
order new antenna piece (with mic and speaker and all that)
install goes successfully (at least I think?)
Turn on phone - won't load past the apple logo
I figure I disconnected the battery so I probably need to restore
Boot it into restore mode and connect to iTunes
iTunes recognizes and says it's restoring as well as upgrading to 4.1
after the process completes I get stuck in an endless boot when the iPhone tries to reboot after restore
Attempt to jailbreak anyway (maybe it will get it unstuck?)
Jailbreak goes flawlessly, but endless reboot cycle on startup
I proceed to restore it again through iTunes (note: I do have the latest version)
    still endless reboot
    restore again
    still endless reboot
download 4.1 ispw and try to restore from that
Still nothing but an endless boot cycle
let battery die (by allowing it to endlessly boot itself to death)
restore with itunes, rinse, and repeat (still endless boot)
I'm starting to lose it. There HAS to be a solution and I did double check the internals but maybe I missed something a second time?

    My thoughts:
    A. I either missed a connection inside (if so, what could I have missed, the SSD is built into the mobo right?)
    B. I found a new way to brick my phone
    C. I continue to restore a thousand times over until one time works
    D. maybe I have to let it go completely dead first then recharge it? (tried this, didn't work...)

Let me know what you think please. All this is really annoying me since I cannot figure it out no matter what I do.

Quick Update: I am sitting here watching my phone reboot endlessly and right before it reboots it flashes pure white. It even stays on the screen for a second. I have seen this screen before. One time when a jailbreak went wrong... But that time, a restore worked. Anyway, I could totally use some tips here, thanks.

Ok so here it is laid out nicely =]

    iTunes Version: 10.0.1.22
iPhone FW Version: 4.0.1 Jailbroken (before the problem, during the restore iTunes attempts to upgrade to 4.1 which doesn't appear to work?)
    Windows 7 Home Premium
At this point all I have to do to start the issue is turn on my phone =]
Basically I will give you links to the logs from the last few days (warning, may be a lot of links) So here goes:
    Day 1 (9/30/2010):
    First Attempt Log
    Second Attempt Log
    Day 2 (10/1/2010)
    Third Attempt Log
    Fourth Attempt Log
Fifth Attempt Log (This one may be inaccurate or uneccessary)
    Sixth Attempt Log
    Seventh Attempt Log
    Eighth Attempt Log
    Day 3 (10/2/2010)
No Logs, I allowed the phone to die entirely before continuing the next day and posting a bit on a few sites.
    Day 4 (10/3/2010)
    Ninth Attempt Log
    Day 5 (10/4/2010)
    Tenth Attempt Log
    Eleventh Attempt Log
    Twelfth Attempt Log
    Thirteenth Attempt Log

And here I am. Any help would be appreciated. I don't understand half the stuff in those logs but I do recognize that they all appear to be the same so maybe looking at the first and last one would be a good solution? Also, they all say restore successful in the end but appear to have several errors along the way. Anyway let me know what I can do guys, I'm counting on you!

P.S. for those that didn't read the first post, there could be an internals issue but I highly doubt it. If any of these things are symptoms of improper hardware installation let me know. But I have now triple checked the connections inside.

    another quick update:

I downloaded libusb and fr0zenw1ind I installed and used both
fr0zenw1nd tells me that the boot cycle is fixed.

I am restoring again with iTunes since libusb made some sort of driver that seemed important. So I will report back with the log of this one if it doesn't work.

Thanks to those that are following and attempting to help =]

EDIT: No dice, but here's the PASTED LOG

Looks the same as usual =/

Only the 5th and 11th attempt at restore appeared to fail. 5th - you did not have the right SHSH for that restore.
11 - the iphone was disconnected during restore of OS.

A quick glance at the rest suggests they restored normally. There are some mentions of kernel crash from the stored iPhone logs. That could be why you are stuck during normal boot.

One idea.. install the enterprise iPhone configuration utility (free from apple). Connect iPhone and you might be able to see the console messages as the phone bootloops.

Otherwise you may need to try restoring with pwned firmware? Anything that might allow you to enable syslog and pre-install SSH or full filesystem access with AFC during boot so you can try and grab a a syslog of the iPhone startup.

Pwnagetool allows you to include cydia packages in the custom ipsw you build. Also you can mount and tweak the main os dmg (to enable syslog)
