If you are asking about iPhone, the bluetooth doesnt support Bluetooth Serial Profile so the answer is NO.

why is it that hard to get a BT profile into the iphone that supports BT gps mice???

if osX on a mac can do it it shouldn't be that hard to port that profile to the iphone??? the serial port and the GPS standard are the same... and the bluetooth language is also standardized, no???
