Well I had the same problems in this thread 4 months ago.... and I had written mister dobson (as I recall his name is) and Finally after about a week of NO REPLIES, I sent HIM a letter.

well today (9/30) I finally got a call from tmobile executive customer service center....

The lady that called me was SO SUPER POOR on customer skills I dont know how she can even keep her job.

She started out with tmobile isnt responsible for my iphone service la la la la ON and ON for no kidding 5 MINUTES... I think I got maybe 10 words in that WHOLE time....

she went on and on and on and blamed apple etc..... when in reality it was THIER OWN SOFTWARE UPGRADE that casued my messages from 1969/2012.

I DO have to say this is one of the POOREST COMPANIES I have EVER DEALT with on customer service !! She (the lady that called me) was SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL on the problem, even knowing my LETTER to Mr Dobson(sp?) was Professional and was to the point in 3 or so sentances, I even provided LINKS to DIGG and CONSUMERIST showing multiple articles that this was thier fault, and that I should also receive my 1 month credit. But T-Mobile... NO WAY, It would be easier for me to get a round trip on the space shuttle than a offer of 1 month of credit for thier eroneous(sp?) txt message THIER SYSTEM sent me (FAIL!!) from a bad voicemail upgrade that THEY IN FACT CAUSED....

So BEWARE... anyone wanting TMOBILE Service... Before you sign up this is what kind of a call back you may get on a problem you encounter..... !
