I've used a couple of iPhones before and my most recent one I've been having 2 issues...

1. Sometimes when I wake/unlock the phone, i get a blank screen displaying a black screen with only the very top info bar showing. I have to restart to get everything back to normal.

2. Sometimes I would get "NO SIM" where my carrier logo is. I also would have to restart to get everything back to normal.

Any ideas? Anyone else have these problems?

Have the same #1 problem, sometimes everythings black, just the topbar showing..
Have Summerboard and Services installed, is this a issue with some of them?
Is there some better solution than summerboard (read that it may slow down the phone..)

I had summerboard on one of my previous phones and these two problems never happened.

I Have the same problem, sometimes the iphone says "no SIM card installed" and "no service" and the screen goes black

what can i do?
