If you have M$ Outlook, sync the BB with Outlook and then use iTunes to sync the iP.

Just download PocketMac for Blackberry (free) from RIM's site: http://www.blackberry.com/go/softwaredownloads

Sync your BlackBerry with your Mac and store your contacts in Address Book. Then fire up iTunes and sync your iPhone with your address book.

Takes less than 2 minutes! Easy!
