OH MY GOD:

Looks like you need to download the iPhone firmware. Fire up iTunes with your iPhone plugged in, and hit the Restore button. Once the download starts, unplug your iPhone. When the download finishes, click away the error message in iTunes, and close iTunes. Plug your iPhone back in, and click Check again.

Please HELP ME!

since you have 1.0.2

simply run ibrickr w/ iphone connected...

if using itunes 7.4...just remember to have the older iTunesMobileDevice.dll in the iBrickr directory and everything will work perfectly

Hello , I am having a similar problem; I have done the steps; my iphone was restored to firmwareb1.0.2, I have Itunes 7.4.1.2, and ran Ibrickr v8 ; did the process and it wont jailbreak, but the Iphone does not jailbreak. ibraker reads the phone, but it the phone is locked and Itunes is on the att acivation screen.

Any help would be great!!

how do we get the older itunesmobiledevice.dll??

i cant jailbreak, b/c i get an error message that it cannot find this file

It could be the Itunes version we are using; in my case is 7.4.1.2;

Does anybody have an earlier version of Itunes that can share, so we can use with Ibrikr v8 please!!!
