As the tittle says, which is the best way to convert movies (dvd, avi, mpeg, etc etc) to iphone format. I am looking for the fastest software, cause what i have now(Videora) takes about an hour for a 24 episode (240+ megs), and my computer is preaty good.

have you tried changing the encoding settings on videora? when i want to quickly convert an AVI to MP4, i use videora at the default ipod setting because it's so fast. It still looks fine on the iphone.

otherwise try mpegstreamclip.

it has all the new movies/shows in mp4 format for the iphone already, awesome site!

i'm using winavi to burn subs into avi, and then i convert it to .mp4 with xilisoft iphone video converter. not so fast, but quality is very good.

super gave me errors in vista and is not really so fast still take a hour or so for a movie

You can use handbrake for dvds

but found a better software called VisualHub

it's brilliant. drag and drop any movies/clips you want, whatever format..choose iphone from the options and click start.

it will convert all the movies you want into a format for iphone. Drag these movies to itunes>movies

and sync.

Done!
