If you just activated it, ssh might not be installed. If you copied someting from the pc to the iphone, you probably have ssh installed.

I dont use PUTTY or WinSCP but Mobile Terminal to type command. Is SSH running on my iPhone?

type this in terminal
ps -A
or better
ps -Ac
then kill the running processes you want!

if iphone list something like ssh or dropbear, you have a running ssh daemon

You definitely can uninstall a program when it is unloaded. Unloading the module just means it is not running.
