Battery Life???
I have had my iphone for about 1 week, and i was wondeering what the average battery life is? i keep mine on standby for about the entire day, since i am in school, but when i get home my battery is almost empty. I tested the talk time and i only get like 2 hours. should i try and exchange mine for a new one?

then exchange your iPhone. I have mine constantly receiving push emails the whole day and got home at 19.00 with still 50% charge. 25% if it's a hectic day

Why does my battery life suck?
The SSH process (among other things) kills your battery life. You need to either disable it or uninstall it.
You can install UIctl from App.tap and use that to load/unload it directly from the phone
You may also want to turn off wi-fi and Bluetooth when they are not in use.
Also try locking your phone when not in use to turn off the screen.

i have SSH on my iphone, via iNdependence...
i still get plenty of battery life, 40% left, and i'd used it all day, 5 hours usage, 12 hours standby...
