Just out of curiosity, where are they stored, the EEP files and such? Are they in the IPSW?

It says that they unable to be opened because they are "not recognized". Is there a certain way I need to open the files? I really appreciate all the help.

Also, is there any chance anyone could upload the 4.26 baseband files for me.
