Dear all:
I made a mistake today, while trying to verify the Turbosim status using Putty
I had a 1.1.2 (4.6 bootloader) perfectly working Iphone...but I was having turbosim contact problems. (I could phone but not use keyboard)...
I removed it and I found one of the pcb vias was broken. repaired it and put it back!
this time, Iphone was saying that the SIM could'nt be used ...I open Putty, and unload the baseband....tried turbosim info , and was getting an error as when the Turbosim as bad contacts...at this point I removed the SIM , WHITOUT activating again all services, and more did not power off the iphone ... the Iphone got STUCK!! no more activity It works in recovery mode, I have reloaded version 1.1.1 to do all the jailbreak etc , BUT now, when I type #307# it just shows the "off" icon and does nothing! I guess I have to virginize all the phone? (if no hardware is broken...)

please advise me about this!!!

Uff....
I managed to recover it ..I was forgeting the *before the #307# dial...
:-(
but is ok, back to 1.1.2 already...time to reinstall all games, photos, etc!!
