Every time we want to restore, itunes check if there is a new firmware version.

Knowing that the new version 1.1.1 should come shortly, is that possible to restore the iphone without itunes installing the new upgrades.

I need to stay on 1.02. at all cost, so I don't know how to do that for the moment.
