Default Please Help Me - iPhone doesn't start!!!

Model: iPhone 2G
OS: 3.0
Type: Cracked.

Yesterday i opened Cydia as i usually do for upgrades and i say this "mobilesubstrate upgrade" and i thought i should be necessary for the iPhone, i successfully downloaded and installed it and it requested me to reboot the iphone, it rebooted and since then it only shows the apple logo start screen, i thought it would be normal and maybe it was working, but it kept like that for hours and hours till the battery went off.. i recharged and its still like that...

Can any of your guys help me with this mess?
i would be really gratefull.
I LOVE MY IPHONE :\

Simples solution is to restore your iPhone with a pwnagetool custom 3.0 ipsw. This wipes your existing content but will give you a working iPhone again.

This is a known problem when you don't manually upgrade just to the latest mobilesubstrate rather than accepting the default "upgrade all" option in cydia.

Technically it is possible to restore only the os part of your iPhone preserving your existing content files however this is technically advanced and no tools exist to make this simple for the average user.
