    Question AppSupport (International numberfix) + 1.1.1 Firmware

    Hi,

    I just succesfully upgarde + activated 1.1.1 BUT I have some questions/problems ...

    I. Can I still upload the modded AppSupport 4 international number fix ? Or is it totally changed and it will destroy my phone ?

    II Where is the file ABPhoneformat.plist (system/library/frameworks/AdressBookUI) ... gone too ?

    Did you patch the Springboard? Did you reboot the phone after copying installer.app and setting the permission?

    Patch the springboard ? I haven't installed anyhting yet ... Do I need to patch it before I can see the icon ? tnx

    EDIT - I installed it with independence but the only problem is that the icon won't show so I can't start the app

    Yes, you have to patch it before. Download springpatch, copy it to /usr/bin and execute it.

    "Execute it" (?) Can you plzz tell me what to do ... (is it a terminal command ?)

    I'm a little newbie when it comes to "terms" ...

    Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy...it IS a miracle you didn't brick your phone yet.

    Little hint: FIRST THINK, then READ and SEARCH, THEN THINK again.

    How did you actually come that far???

    Yes, you need to use command line for using springpatch.
    Everything else (incl. where to get it) is in the forums, LOOK for it. Oh boy...
