I just installed the 1.1.4 appsupport on my phone. The thing is, the caller ID still doesn't work.

It's not working for me either. I installed the appsupport 1.14 file from iclarified repo, also uploaded the "PhoneNumberTemplates.txt" with this content:

What am I doing wrong? Please help as it is very annoying!
