Hi -

I just used INdependence to jailbreak 1.1.1, and I'm good for jailbreak, 1.1.1firmware, activation (AT&T) and SSH. I've tried a number of ways to get apollo and apptapp on the phone. It doesn't matter whether I use INdependence, or sftp into the phone. The .app will not show up on the springboard after reboot or once the install is done. (All permissions are set to 755 too.

Am I missing a step?

Any suggestions?

Hi ,You're almost there. You need to download and install the Springboard patch that was included in the Dev Teams 1.1.1 Jailbreak release. Just copy the patch to the iphone, ssh in and run it ,then reboot the phone.Instructions are included. Do a search for the download link
