Apple class action iPhone Lawsuit (official thread)

While reading my favourite mac magazine I found a interesting article about 2 American Law Companies looking for people who want to sign up for class action lawsuit against Apple. The website can be found here: https://www.appleiphonelawsuit.com/

These are the terms:

• You live in California.
  
  
• Your iPhone was disabled, malfunctioned, or you had third-party applications erased after you downloaded iPhone update 1.1.1.
  
  
• You contacted Apple to repair your iPhone and Apple refused to honor your warranty because you did any one the following: (1) unlocked your iPhone, or (2) installed a third party application.
  
  
• You incurred a cancellation fee from your previous wireless carrier when you transferred to AT&T’s wireless service.
  
  
• You incurred roaming charges while travelling abroad with your iPhone.
  
  
• You purchased a third-party warranty at extra cost for your iPhone because of Apple’s released statement that it will not honor warranties on unlocked iPhones.
  
  
• You do not have to be in all of these categories, just one or more than one.

instead of feeding them lawyers send the money to the dev-team. you will get what you want for a fraction of the amount that those "law companies" will charge you

some people just will never get it....

I still don't get this dump suing bla bla.

I wonder how these guys can actually file a lawsuit without being able to read????

because if they could read, they would not have bought the phone because it says it clearly on the outside of the unopened box, what the preconditions are!

Or do these guys also buy a microwave and sue the company because it does not do the laundry???

someone will be by shortly to correct you on that and tell you why apple shouldnt be allowed to sell their iphones anywhere other than an AT&T store......................
