    Default Anyone having problems with ringer not working?

    I followed the guide on:

    I went step by step. Everything else works like alarm voicemail and I can here the ringtones when I go to settings but when someone calls the phone just vibrates and does not ring?

    Any help would be most appreciated.

    there is a mute button on the left side of your phone, above volume control.
