Has anyone been able to repair his bricked iphone?

Those that failed to perform the HW unlock and ended up without IMEI, without WIFI and without sound.

If so, what have you done to go around the issue?

Or have you just replaced the commboard?

Have the same problem... tryed a clean restore with bbupdater etc. also tryed the restore to 1.01, all this didn't help...

No sound, etc...

have the same problem, am thinking of buying the comm board.

bbupdate -f... Restore the original firmware that you changed. Either that or you managed to bridge some traces and fired something.
