Default Anyone with Defective devices contact the FTC!!

Here is a copy of a post I left in another thread:

If it's hardware defects that were not caused by the 3rd party apps, then by law in the US Apple is responsible.

They have to prove the 3rd party apps were the cause of the damage or they are SOL. Look it up.

Do not get me wrong here the "bricking" or "baseband problem" is not the fault of Apple but if the screen is defective or sound or anything else, they are bound by law to fix it, even if the 3rd party apps were used, as long as Apple cannot prove the apps caused it.

I recommend to anyone with defective hardware and used 3rd party apps to contact the Federal Trade Commission at:

    http://www.ftc.gov/

I would get the phone number at the website and call, also send email and a registered letter of the complaint.

When they get enough of them Apple will have to change there "itune".

My iPhone works great no defects that I can tell, with lots of 3rd party apps, but this is BS about people with defective screens or whatever being treated like this. There are laws to protect the consumer here.
