Hm i think no. The summerboard extens this features to the default springboard. So apple have to bring a new version of his springboard first, to use these features in there. You have to install the summerboard, if you need themes.

Actually i've found something,it's called iSwitcher..It has a good variety of preinstalled themes,and a lot more will come really fast..
