I know you guys are Geniuses but I've a simple (probably Dumb!) Question for you: Is there any way to find/get official at&t unlocking code? if there any.

Usually cell companies provide an unlocking code (officially) when a customer is going to travel outside the US(upon a customer's request) or after expiration of a contract.

Now we not gonna get that from at&t just a week after the launch. But isn't it possible that they've hidden such a code somewhere in the iPhone's OS for future use?

The more important question is how to make a phone in such state that it ask for UNLOCK CODE ye?

more clear words are if u wud get the code how you will put the code in it is your phone making an unlock code request?

Currently, if you stick an ATT sim card from a none iphone, it will ask to be connected to itunes. It just maybe that any roaming controls will / may be done via itunes. OR just straight out roaming which would be very expansive for the user.
