recently the hard drive on my pc crashes and all my files were gone
I know there are tons of other ipod itunes alternatives but they don't seem to work with the iphone. Is there a way for me to get these songs out before I'm forced to restore the iphone in order to put new music in?

yup tehre sure is
SSH into it anc opy the media folder, you'll see folder with letter FF ort something like that
u can copy all those files over
then with a 3rd party on your PC, rebuild the names on the files using IDtag rebuilding to rename all da files on da fly.

kinda looking for something much more simpler, with a software maybe....if there is one.

It can't get much simpler, really !

If you use WinSCP for example its as easy as copy file !

The files are named & sorted cryptically but there are tons of mp3 tools out there that can create directory structure & filenames using the mp3 tags that are still intact in that files.

So its just:

-copy files to pc
-run mp3tool

And then you got a nice directory tree artist/album/song

So please use the thing between your ears !
