Hey, guys! I am a man trapped in an unpleasant issue and have to print most of my SMS to prove my innocence. Some pals tell me that I can transfer/back up them in PC and then print them. I am upset and helpless, cuz I don’t how to do the transferring job.

Your pals are correct.

There are plenty of apps that can read either the iPhone directly or the backup that iTunes makes and extract out SMS messages.

I own and use PhoneView for iPhone and iPad - iPhone Disk Mode, SMS, Voicemail, Call History, Music, Photos, Notes Access - Ecamm Network - it's mac only but offers this feature. You probably want a windows solution - there are plenty of programs that can do this including a few that are free.

How To Save and Read Your iPhone Text Messages On Your Computer this screenshots are of OSX but the same procedure will work on windows, the tools used are also available for windows.

You don't have to use MS Excel, you can use any free program that can open CSV formatted text files.

So the whole procedure can be free - unlike the other option suggested.

However I just wanted to say: if your unfortunate situation involves the courts - it's worth paying someone to make a forensic copy of your phone as soon as possible. This will hold up in court (the methods we have outlined will not)
