    Default (Advice)syncing issues

    damn so frustrating, so I restored my iphone and when it was time to backup it failed then when the iphone restarted it created a new sync and my old stuff all disappeared...

    what can I do to get my old stuff back!! all I want is my contacts...
    C:\Documents and Settings\USER\Application Data\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\

    I am there but have no idea what to do... plz help!!

    well did you put contacts in outlook or another email program?

    Try restoring and when it asks you about restoring a previous backup select one of those to restore to, your contacts should be added.
