    Default [Advice] Restore deleted music?

    So I restored my iphone, and before syncing all my music back I formatted my computer due to some new hardware.

    Now I believed I had backed up all of my music, but in reality it was very little. So I am wondering how I can restore deleted music from my iphone's HD?

    I'm assuming that you can just SSH into your iPhone and basically drag and drop them all from /private/var/mobile/Media/iTunes_Control/Music

    You'd want to select all the folders (since they have all been renamed to file names that you can't decipher, really) and drag and drop them to your computer. Reimporting through iTunes should be able to re-identify all your music. You may lose your artwork, though, but you should be able to get it all back.

    Install Iphone Pc Suite and drag them from there onto your desktop they will get renamed as proper files
