I want to make a suggestion to all new phone developers out there: Is it possible to make phones that only work with the owners fingerprints? I know there are some laptops like that. That way, stealing phones would be pointless.

would be virtually impossible, and probably wouldnt work, plus sdk wouldnt work because you cant get apps to run in the background.

i think with the IMEI the carrier can detect if the iphone was activate and are using it
but if the theft change it you can't do much , go the the carrier and asking about
