[Advice] iPhone stuck at boot logo
Hi,
when i turn on my iphone, it displays the iphone logo, but doesn't go any further. ive tried restarting and even a factory restore (pressing home button + power, then letting home button go), but nothings working. i tried connecting it to itunes but it doesnt recognise my iphone and nothing happens, nor does ibrickr recognise it. can someone please help? Thanks a lot in advance

Try restoring in DFU mode:
Connect iPhone to computer and open iTunes
hold power+home on iPhone for ~10 seconds (about until screen goes black)
after those 10 or so seconds, release the power button but keep holding home
after a while (10-15 secs) iTunes should detect your iPhone. note that the screen of iphone should show nothing when in dfu mode. If u see something, then u are not in dfu.
Hope this helps, post back if u need more help

you need to let the POWER button go not the home button.
to get into restore mode you need to hold the home button after the phone shuts off.
then your pc should detect and iphone in restore mode!
