Default [Advice] disk0s1 partition space issue

I have a 16gb iphone. Recently i installed ringtones app, which shows me the size of my disk0s1 and disk0s2... disk0s1 is only 9.5 M remaining, and i think this is the reason that i get a message box sometimes that running low on space remove some photos or videos... I tried removing lots of roms that i had installed, also cleared the mobile finder trash...but nothing helped... Can any one suggest, how to increase the free space for disk0s1?

    Thanks

Disk 0s1 is the firmware partition, it's not supposed to be that large anyway, only about 300mb. Installing applications is really the only thing that will use up this space as almost everything else is on your ~15 gb media partition.
