    Default [Advice][Solved]Browsing iPhone from USB

I've been looking for an answer without any result for a long time and I eventually decided to open a thread about this.

Since I've decided not to install Cydia on my 2.0 iPhone I have no way to put SSH inside and even if I could I would still love to access the iPhone's contents without using a WiFi connection.

There is software for Windows that let you do this, one example is iPhoneBrowser, however none of these fine utilities have an equivalent for the Mac.

The only thing that comes close is iPhonedisk, that sadly is quite buggy, relies on MacFUSE and hasn't been updated from a while.

MegaPhone will only accesso to the Media partition (and is paid software), iFuntastic is horribly chunky and I don't really trust it enought (and is also paid software), Breezy used to allow the installation of software through USB but is terribly outdated AFAIK.

So, is there is basically no way (other than iPHUC) to trasnfer content to the iPhone's "drive" through USB under Mac OS X or am I missing some kind of utility?

I hope you guys can help me out on this :p

    You, sir, are a winner.
Thousands of internets to you and everyone related even slightly to you.

Well maybe not, but rep points and my gratitude.

    Default updated version of iphonedisk

There is a new version of iphonedisk. It has been completely re-written and is using the latest version of MacFUSE so hopefully your stability issues have been taken care of. See iphonedisk - Project Hosting on Google Code for details.
