Default [2G 1.1.3, 1.14] YouTube Mobile in Safari on the iPhone

I noticed that about a week ago YouTube Mobile stopped working on the 2G 1.1.3 iPhone (and same with 1.1.4).
    When I go to:
    http://m.youtube.com/
I get blue blocks with question marks instead of video thumbnails and when I click to watch video, Safari gives an error: "Safari can't download the file".
Mobile YouTube used to work just fine on the iPhone.

Can anyone test this on their iPhone: 2G or 3G and what firmware?
My guess is either Google changed something with Mobile YouTube, or maybe they stopped supporting 2G iPhones with 1.x.x firmware?

Obviously Youtube mobile is usefull even though we've got the YouTube app.

Well, I'm still stuck with this YouTube Mobile problem.
Now I noticed that the "Watch video" links are gone.
Is anyone able to watch videos on this site: http://m.youtube.com?
How about with firmware 2.1 or iPhone 3G?

    Just tested. Works perfectly on both 2G 2.1 & 3G 2.1 iPhone

Thanks! That's what I needed to know
So I guess this may be a f/w issue, or a regional thing...
