[2.0][Syncing] How to manually restore settings ?
Hey guys! Apology if this is the wrong section, don't know which one would be quite right.
So I updated from 1.14 this morning to 2.0, and ran into an error message, and then it required me to restore my phone. However, during this process I lost all of my contacts/music/notes (I only care about the contacts).
So I my main computer had a virus a few days ago, and I reinstalled windows. I found my backup file and tried to follow the post found here (http://hackint0sh.org/forum/showthread.php?t=25317)
Confused on the "Path and Data key." I have converted it to the XML format plist...
And, after I do the Path and Data key, how do I manually restore my backup file to the Iphone?
Thanks guys!

Just SSH to Library and replace the setting files.
