Default [2.0] Prevent exchange policy from locking screen

Our exchange server at work forces your iPhone to lock after 15 minutes idle time, is there a way to prevent this? The never options is removed by the policy, but can I push the never option for the terminal?

Here is how to do it:

    plutil -v 0 -s /private/var/Managed Preferences/mobile/com.apple.springboard.plist

Also I recommend making the file read only after this change

    chmod 444 /private/var/Managed Preferences/mobile/com.apple.springboard.plist

plutil is from the Erica Utils

well dont try this on 2.1... it will put you in an endless reboot...
    EDIT:
oh so it only rebooted twice and set the permissions to 644
I was able to modify the plist to get one hour for passcode lock, and lower the mincharacters for the code, but that is all... anyone had sucess bypassing this on 2.1? I almost crashed trying to make a simple call driving home yesterday putting in that stupid 18 character code!
    EDIT#2:
    killexchangelock 2.0 fixes...
    Thanks
