just ordered a shiny new 16gb from the apple store and while it hasn't arrived yet, i know the serial number start with 88809. so it's a week 9 i guess. i'd like to know which fw it has before it arrives, anybody else with a week 9 that can confirm that it ships with 1.1.3 or 1.1.4?

I'm not sure which firmware it comes with, but out of curiousity, what would be the difference with knowing?

I have a week 9 16GB OTB, and it was a 1.1.3. But frankly, who gives a shit? I updated it immediately to 1.1.4 and used iPlus to downgrade bootloader, jailbreak, unlock and activate.
So it doesn't care which firmware you get!

thanks fab1man! i know it doesn't matter if you know what you're doing but when you're giving it to a relative that doesn't know anything but thinks he does it becomes a whole new issue. ;-)
