Why haven't this been integrated in one of the GUI applications yet (iFuntastic, INdependance etc)?
I would really like a point and click solution for Mac

Locked, you are right - you just have to modify one file. It worked for me

that one file didn't have a <devicecertificate> field for me. It only had something about <keytokens>. Any ideas guys?
