The Title says all, How can I do a Full Dump/Backup of the storage of the Iphone I mean, If something goes wrong with some app Id like to "restore" my last good "image" of my iphone including my apps, music, videos, configuration, contacts (I know the music, videos , contacts and some config are backup in itunes but my 3rd party apps and 3rd party apps configurations are not)

Well you could to a manual backup, but if you want it easier, download iPhoneList, it's a program like iphonebrowser and ibrickr, but with a "backup" option. Note it will backup all the files in your iPhone, it will take a few hours...
