[1.1.4] Is there ONE reason to upgrade ?

Hi.

I'm reading so many threads with people who wants to upgrade at 1.1.4.

A lot of people do that with Ziphone and sacrifice BL 4.6 for that upgrade.

Some people has also some problems with upgrade, with applications on new firmware or variously patches.

I'd like just to aks: WHY?

What are the reasons for this upgrade if everything works well on my 1.1.3?

Maybe there are reasons ...if there are I don't know its!

Can someone explain me?

I did it for the updated Bluetooth patches, it did not solve my problem though

It also seems to be a lot quicker than 1.1.3 which is a plus

Also the downgrade to 3.9 seems a right way to go at the moment, I'm sure that Apple would do something to screw us up soon on 4.6. At least we can virginize the Iphone on 1.1.3.

why have 1.1.2 if u can have 1.1.4 ofcourse is better and unlocks within 3 sec

My (Telephon) connection is a lot better with 1.1.4... No more dropped calls, lots of bugfixes... 1.1.3 was crap no wonder they had a new firmware up after two weeks or so

Mainly 1.1.4 is a Bug Fix version, it fixes numerous problems starting from boosting signal of your iPhone (much better reception), SMS ordering fix (introduced in 1.1.3), some other wrong stuff etc .... And seems to me it is a quicker then 1.1.3 ...

The main reason is to always know you're running your iPhone with the up to date version

1) because it is *Apple's* latest firmware and 113 introduced some features that were only available through third party hacks (and 114 is 113's bugfixes)

2) because jailbreak/activation/unlock takes 4 minutes and 1 single click

3) because I don't think people on BL 3.9 will be left in the cold by devs, geo etc. (may be wrong on this)
