I was just trying to change an app manually in the filesystem through iphone pc suite, but I restarted, and now my iphone stays stuck at the bootup screen with the apple. After a few minutes, it shows the loading circle in the middle of the screen, but it freezes after a few seconds. I need my phone back... what do I do?

Sounds like you have to restore and begin from scratch, sorry
