My suggestion would be to do a manual restore to firmware 1.1.3 and then you can run ziphone on it. As soon as your restore is done, do not close ITunes, just minimize it and run ziphone.

In case you don't have the firmware, you can download it from here Firmware 1.1.3

Do a restore and before you jailbreak see if your phone acts normally.

If it only messes up after jailbreak then there is a perfectly good reason why its doing it.

Of course that's a whole other issue, but one at a time.

It sounds to me like you installed something in 1.1.2 that caused the phone to restart and made a back up of it.

when you went to 1.1.4 you probably restored your back up causing the same problem.

Do a DFU restore to 1.1.4 and use iPlus and DO NOT use a back up! set the phone up as new!

    Sounds like a reasonable suggestion

    Default It seems working

As first thanks for your help!

I kept the phone turned off for a whole day and now seems like it's working.
Well I have done all you told me to do I really hope the problem isn't going again in the future.
The only thing I don't know what Iplus is but I will figure out by searching on the forum.

Thanks a lot, I will post a last message if the phone keeps working

Default Still Has the Same Problem

It still has the same problem, I worked fine for a day and a half but now is having the same problem. (keeps on restarting).

Looks like the problem gets worst and worst. I mean as first it stays turned on for 3-4 minutes and after that it starts turning off in shorter period untill it has the apple logo in for few seconds and keeps restarting.

I did not restore from Itunes but I used ziphone so I'm going to try Iplus hoping that it is the problem.

Please if somebody has some other tips please post it

    Thanks again

From what you're describing, I'm 99.9% sure that you are experiencing a hardware problem. Software problems are usually a lot more consistent and should never survive a stock restore with iTunes and an NVRAM reset (if you haven't done that yet, try it, its an option in ziphone IIRC).

What is the NVRAM reset? I have seen it before but I have no idea what it is or what it does?

I personally think he installed something strange and keeps restoring it back to the iPhone and he should just do a fresh restore and create it as a new phone!

I was thinking too it could be an hardware problem but I red in some other forum that somebody else had already my same problem but there wasn't any soluction written.

I don't know what NVRAM reset is. I will search for it.

It's acting real strange, now I kept the phone turned off for a couple of hours and it's working fine (but I'm sure it's not going to last).

I set the phone as a new one but It sync anyway with Itunes when I plug in the phone so I'm going to try to reinstall itunes.

You are right probabily I'm little be stressed but I have been playing with these kind of stuff since "game gear" so I know a little be.

    Please any suggestion are welcome.

    P.S.
    Sorry for my english
