Restore in iTunes and then use iLiberty.

You said you had not restored yet - so do it!

ok. So u have downgraded the bootloader. Here's what we will try:

Open up ZiPhone and click on the "erase baseband" option.

Open up iTunes, let it detect iPhone

Next, put iPhone into DFU mode. For more info on DFU mode, download iStudy. Its the best guide for the iPhone that I know of. Get it from http://www.appledailytimes.com/download

Restore to 1.1.4 in iTunes. This will reflash your baseband back and restore the OS. MAKE SURE YOU SET UP AS A NEW PHONE DO NOT RESTORE IT FROM A BACKUP.

Now, download iLiberty. Its an iPhone jailbreak tool based on iplus (btw iplus is just a jailbreak tool like ziphone, uses command line interface) get ilibertyX for mac from www.ipluspwns.com and iliberty+ for windows from http://george.zjlotto.com

Now u have restored to 1.1.4 and should be on the activate iPhone screen. Use iliberty to jailbreak, activate and SIM unlock your iphone.

That should fix your problem. If it doesn't, just let me know via this thread. I'll look into it. I'm happy to help
