[1.1.4] Phone displays the phone numbers instead of the names

I am new here, and I have done a search for the above subject but to no avail.

I am using version 1.1.4 and I have subscribed to caller-ID, however, when there is an incoming call, only phone number is displayed instead of the names. I have transferred the contacts from my desktop to the iphone.

Can someone help by directing me to the appropriate forum that I can get this issue resolved? Thank you very much.

Install AppSupport Patch (1.1.4) in Installer
and choose your Region in your Settings->General->International->Region Format.

Thank you javacom for your prompt help. I have tried as you had suggested, it works for mobile number but not for the land line? Do I need to install other patch? Thank you.

You may try to install manually the latest patch by the developer and try
It is now Build 13 Beta 3

Thank you once again javacom for your great help. I am not sure how to get the patch onto my iphone. Therefore, I think I will wait for the next update incorporating the latest patch in it. Thank you.
