[1.1.4] No incomming calls while in sleep mode + failed calls

I have an 1.1.4 16 iphone, restored it and then unlocked it using Ziphone 2.5b seemd to be ok but not I realized that many of my incomming calls are not coming through while in sleep mode, the caller has to ew times for me to see the incomming call.
also when making calls they fail a few times then go through.
any recommendations?

i have the same problem plus no wifi and no bluetooht and corrupted IMEI
