    Default [1.1.4] iTunes Media Moved?

    Hi,

So I went to put a few things on my iPhone when all of a sudden it said that I had no music or video on my iPhone. It was all categorized as "Other" in orange.

It shows that it is still there because there is only 1.2GB left and the bar is still full but it is full in "other" instead of music and video

Is there anyway I can get the music and video back to the right category?

    much help would be appreciated

I faced the same problem today, but my problem came coupled with another. Last time i had plugged in my iPhone was yesterday, the phone's name was still Lex and everything was as it should be.

But today when i wanted to sync a couple of new songs I plugged in my iphone and added the songs in iTunes and clicked sync...what I didnt notice at first was that my iPhone was now named "untitled playlist" in iTunes and that iTunes was syncing all of my songs, the old ones as well as the Audio part was now empty...the "Other" section now held the 3.3GB of music I had. I stoped the syncing process and ejected my phone...in the About section my iPhone's name was "Mikey's iPhone"...my songs where all gone from iPod...even if I resynced all of my songs, I would still have the unexplained 3.3GB in "Other" using up much space.

Has no one been faced with this problem and been able to solve it?
