Actuallt I am still on 1.02but planning to head for 1.14 in the next couple of days. My only concern is that with SummerBoatrd now I can scroll down to see the installed apps, while with the new FW you have to scroll to the side to see the 3rd apps. I know it's just a small detail but I want it this way and am not sure that's still possible with 1.14.

Another question. Can I still have "On" and "Off" instead of "O" and "I" in the settings?

Vertical scrolling is no longer an option for summerboard, and there is no real alternative to summerboard, so it is dead for all intents and purposes.

On/Off is the default for the english language setting, so you can definitely still have it assuming your language is english.

The only thing that give you that is Categories app. Stick all your extra apps in one, or more, category folders and then you can set it to scroll vertically when you open that category.

The old summerboard will not work on 1.1.1 and up, so it's one or the other. Forgive me for asking, but is the vertical scrolling really that huge of an issue for you that you're willing to give up 4 whole software updates and numerous apps for 1.1.1+?

No, in fact everything is working flawless on 1.02 with alot of customizations, I didn't want to redo again on the FWs, so I just didn't touch the so called running system. But since I have some spare time right now, I'm finally planning to update to 1.14.
