is there a tool that will tell me what versions of everything are on my phone? (like bootloader, baseband, etc) I've been through so many tools like iNdependence, ZiPhone, iLibertyx, etc and really have no idea.

I currently have iLiberty+ installed on my mac and am using 1.1.4 on my phone

One option is add http://rep.frenchiphone.com to installer you will find an app called baseband info.

It will give you Bootloader / baseband + more
