    Default 1.1.4 help restore icon

    my phone went into i guess restore mode with the cable and icon and i cant restore anyway firmware to it it gets to restoring iphone software then it the phone restarts then it gets stuck saying verifying iphone software but never finishes restoring iphone software and it wont restore the phone i have tried for 3 days different version. any suggestions?
    iPhone version 1.1
    Week: 51 (1.1.2 OTB)
    Status: fully unlocked by ziphone 2.4
    Carrier: T-Mobile
    Country: U.S.A
    Current Version: 1.1.3
    Bootloader Version: 3.9_M3S2
    Current Firmware: 04.03.13_G
    Edge: Yes
    Wi-Fi: Yes
    GPRS: Yes
    Maps: Yes
    Locate: Yes
    Youtube: Yes
    iTunes: v7.6
    OS: Windows XP

    Unlocks since January: 7

    Since you have the iTunes logo + cable that means you are in Recovery Mode. In order to make your iPhone work again, we must put it into DFU mode.

    Press and hold down the Sleep/Wake Button + the Home Button for 10 secs. After 10 secs let go the Sleep/Wake button and keep pressing down the Home button for another 10 secs. (iPhone must be unplugged into USB or dock)

    After that connect to Mac or PC, iTunes will detect as iPhone that needs to be
    Restored... do a Restore and you should be fine

    i have put it into DFU mode using iplus and it still does the same thing like i get to restoring iphone software then the phone shuts off and comes back to the recovery mode symbol i have tried to boot it from recovering but it stays in recovery mode.

    Try putting it into DFU manually. Reboot your computer and try again.

    still nothing i think the phone is done. i have tried everything but thanks anyway.

    is there anyway to erase everything even if i have to open it up to flash it.
