1.1.4/8g Iphone- Where are we suposed to install all these wonderful programs?
Without running out of memory. I installed the two NES emulators and about 70 megs of ROMS, no i'm getting out of memory issues??
What if I decide to install 6gigs og programs and stuff?
Are we Iphone users limited to only being able to install only a very small fraction of the available 7gigs of free space?
This is bullshit!!

That's becouse the applications folder is not on the media partition (which is about 7Gb big). You have a few options... the first is, that you SSH to your iPhone and manually move all the applications to the media partition (ie. /private/var/Applications) and then delete the original folder (/Applications) and create a logical link to the new folder (ln -s /private/var/Applications /Applications). The second (and easier) option is to install the "Boss Tool" and use the built-in funcion that moves your applications to the media partition. When you have done this, you'll have plenty of space for your applications.

Light at the end of the iPhone tunnel??????
Hey ! really appreciate that response!! There seems to be light and the end of the iPhone tunnel. With installing Boss tool, will I be able to install 3 or 4 gigs of NES and SNES Roms? I forget the install folder that was recommended to use when installing these roms but ../../Media/ sounds familiar.
Thanks again for your help,
